We will provide you with an estimate of our fees before beginning any work, and we will not proceed with any work until we receive your agreement to the estimated fees.

  3. Confidentiality: We will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law. We will take reasonable precautions to safeguard client information, but we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through electronic means.

  4. Ownership of work product: The work product we produce, including financial statements, tax returns, and other documents, are the property of the client. We will provide the client with a copy of the work product upon completion of the engagement, and we will retain a copy for our records.

  5. Limitation of liability: Our liability to you or any third party for any damages arising out of or related to our services is limited to the fees paid to us for the services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

  6. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement at any time for any reason upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

  7. Governing law: These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

  8. Amendments: We may amend these terms of service at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such posting constitutes your agreement to be bound by the amended terms.

  9. Entire agreement: These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between us and you with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between us and you.
